Notice Concerning Application for Listing on Prime Market, a New Segment of TSE
Takara Holdings Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces that it resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held today to apply for listing on the Prime Market, a new market segment of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter “TSE”), and has submitted a market selection application to TSE.
TSE informed the Company on July 9, 2021 that its initial assessment regarding fulfillment of the listing criteria for the new market segment confirmed that the Company satisfies the listing criteria for the Prime Market.
